Koena Mitra celebrates her 31st birthda
The hot item girl of Bollywood, Koena Mitra, celebrated her 31st birthday with her friends and colleagues at Kir in Mumbai. Koena Mitra has come a long way since she made her entry in Bollywood with the trendsetter item number ‘Khullam Khulla’ in Ram Gopal Verma’s ‘Road’.
Born in Kolkata on 7th January, Koena always wanted to make her career in modeling and glamour world. She did her schooling from South Point High School in Kolkata and then passed out from Lady Brabourne College. Venturing into the modeling industry at a very young age, she started with some big endorsements like Clinic All Clear, Maruti Alto and Mirinda. She had her first brush with fame after winning the Gladrags Mega Model, 2002 title. Then came her music videos like Stereo Nation’s Ishq and Channo by Jassi.
She started in the tinsel town with small appearances in films like Musafir, Dhool etc. Her first film as a lead actress was Suparn Verma’s Ek Khiladi Ek Haseena opposite Fardeen Khan in this film. Now, she has already done a couple of good films like Apna Sapna Money Money, Cash, Heyy Babyy, Agar, and Anamika but she still has a long way to go in Bollywood.

Koena Mitra Looking Damm hot in Tight T-Shirt
Item girl Koena Mitra Launched her Website. Koena initially gained prominence by winning Gladrags magazine’s “Mega Model Contest” in 2002. Mitra’s first break was an item song in Ram Gopal Verma’s Road (“Khullam Khulla”). She also appeared in a Tamil film ‘Dhool’ with actor Vikram in the title song. Koena loves playing video games like boxing and car racing.

She recently signed an international project tentatively titled KARNA budgeted at Rs 70 crore. She is only 29 years old, but she has had SO much plastic surgery that she looks like a cross between Latoya Jackson (who is 52 years old) and Jocelyn Wildenstein (who is 68). The actress has undergone a couple of surgeries to rectify her nose but unfortunately, the results haven’t been positive. In fact, the surgery has gone so bad that she is referred by many as the Michael Jackson of India. That’s not all, the actress has also gone for silicon implants to enhance her twin assets besides rectifying her lips. Many also say that she has also got her eyebrows tattoed!
Two guys, presumably fans of actress Koena Mitra , tried to shoot a video of the actress when she was sunbathing by a pool. The incident reportedly happened about a week back. Koena was in J W Marriott hotel in Juhu and she was enjoying the sun by the side of the hotel’s pool.
Reports have it that two guys began making a film of her on their cellphone without Koena’s knowledge. The hotel’s pool is a restricted area and photography is not allowed without permission.
But not only did the guys stealthily shoot Koena sunbathing, they had the gall to go up to the actress and ask her to say something into the phone. In response, Koena took their phone and threw it into the pool. The hotel staff arrived on the spot and showed the two guys outside the hotel.
